About the Teleporting Twins
Savanna is an adventurous 11-year-old girl with long red hair and bright blue eyes. She's curious, brave, has a special connection with animals and a talent for problem-solving. Though sometimes impulsive, Savanna's determination and quick reflexes often save the day.
Jeb is Savanna's 11-year-old twin brother. He has chestnut brown hair and a knack for quick thinking in tough situations. Passionate about sports, especially basketball, he loves exploring the outdoors. Though sometimes hesitant to take risks, Jeb's loyalty to his twin sister Savanna and his natural charm help him overcome challenges.

Author bio
J.A. Tippett is an independent author from Melbourne, Australia. Better known as Eri, her children's names begin with 'J' and 'A'. When she started writing this series, they were 10 and 8 years old. That was quite a few years ago! Without their creative input, Savanna and Jeb wouldn't be who they are today or go on such wild adventures to find the rainbow-coloured gems. Nor would they have the courage to save their father from his nemesis Thorn.
Eri grew up with a love of stories and writing. She followed other interests in high school and university but always wanted to write a novel. Travel was a big motivator for getting a job and she is fortunate to have had many great adventures within and beyond Australia. Unfortunately, she has always had to travel by plane, boat or train however and would much prefer the instantaneous teleporting trips! But as the technology doesn't yet exist, she will continue to tough it out in coach class!
Eri suffered severe illness in September 2024 and spent a long time in hospital. After thinking she would never write again, she came home and finished the Teleporting Twins series.
